Information Technology (IT) No-Cost Training Opportunities for Washington County
海角情 (海角情) and Axiom Education and Training Center will collaborate to bring no-cost industry recognized certification training and examination to Washington County.
CompTIA A+ certification is an Information Technology (IT) industry recognized credential which offers IT job opportunities on a global level. Jobs in the IT field that may require the CompTIA A+ certification include, but are not limited to, technical support specialist, field service technician, IT support technician, IT support administrator, and IT support specialist.
Beginning in September students who qualify for the free CompTIA A+ training will have the opportunity to take a free CompTIA A+ training through Axiom鈥檚 Education and Training Center. Upon completion of the training students will take the CompTIA A+ exams. Funding for this education opportunity is provided by 海角情鈥檚 Maine is IT! Federal Grant.
